Such processing is directly related to establishment or performance of a contract (contractual necessity) in accordance with Article 5/2 (c) of the Law.

To Whom and For What Purposes Can We Disclose Your Personal Data?

We may share personal data with the following categories of recipients:

  • Business Partners: Together with other legal firms and commercial partners all around the world, we offer services. For the purpose of being able to provide you with legal services, manage our relationship with you, or for other purposes necessary for the above-described purposes, we may share personal data with our international business partners and other international law firms, provided that you request us to do so or consent to such transfer.
  • Suppliers and service providers: We provide personal information to suppliers and service providers so they can work on our behalf and according to our instructions to fulfill the aforementioned goals.  These include third-party consultants who support us with regard to business analytics, as well as the providers of external venues where we host conferences and events. Infrastructure and IT services providers are another group. Examples of this include these companies offering our client intake system, finance systems, and customer relationship management databases.

  • To manage our business operations and administer our client relationship we use basic data, registration data, client service data, compliance data and device data. This processing is necessary (i) in order to perform our obligations under our contracts with our clients and suppliers and (ii) for our legitimate interests provided that such interests are not overridden by data subjects’ fundamental rights and freedoms. We also use such data in connection with the conclusion or performance of a contract where processing of contracting parties’ data is necessary and where data subject made their data public.
  • To protect the security and effective functioning of our website and information technology systems we use basic data, registration data, transaction data, and device data. In cases where processing is necessary to comply with our legal obligations and for legitimate interests provided that such interests are not overridden by data subjects’ fundamental rights and freedoms, we use such data to monitor how our website is used to detect and prevent fraud, other crimes and the misuse of our website. This helps us to ensure that you can safely use our website.

  • to request for correction in cases where your personal data is processed erroneously or deficiently and when you enforce this right, to request for correction to be notified to third parties to whom your personal data is transferred;
  • to request for the destruction or deletion of your personal data in the event the purposes for processing your personal data cease to exist and when you enforce this right, to request for this to be notified to third parties to whom your personal data is transferred,
